MARRIAGE PRENUPTIALS / COMMON LAW PROPERTY RIGHTS IN POLAND?

I will start by saying please skip the moral comments here - i want legal answers not bs

How does it work for spousal property rights after a split from a marriage or a common-law living type of situation?

How do pre nuptials work in Poland? Do they apply to property owned just in Poland or international assets too?

I have just bought a property in Polska and want to make sure i can hang onto it after marriage and whatever the future brings ;)

It depends how long you've been married.

The longer you're married, the more your ex is entitled to. There are several thresholds, all quite low.

You'd need to ask a lawyer what those thresholds (and the associated percenrtages) are.
