I had an application for confirmation of my Polish citizenship rejected by the Masovian Voivode, and I thus used the services of a lawyer to appeal to the Minister of Interior, citing how the decision is in violation of the Administrative Code and departs from previous rulings in the Supreme Administrative Court, etc...
I know that by law the Minister of Interior and Administration has two months to evalutate such appeals. However, I am wondering if anyone has any recent experience regarding how long they actually take to evaluate them. Is it usually two months, six months, a year, ... or even longer?
Thank you!
Just thought I'd post an update in case anyone else experiences something similar:
The Minister of Interior and Administration received the appeal, and issued a decision wholly nullifying the decision of the Masovian Voivode and ordering them to reevaluate the case from the beginning. It took them only 13 days from when the appeal was mailed.
If you claim saints and surrounded by all knowing popes, rocks bands and media ... hmmm its SHOCKING how low the polar money is in general... Anyway nature and knowing history is fundamental.. blah blah blah blah you're ancestry
