Poland ISP's email addresses?

Not sure if I'm posting this is the right forum category - not been on here for over 2 years!!!

Anyway, I need to send an email to a former polish colleague, however they had a little bit of trouble giving me the email address as they weren't sure how to tell it to me in English (conversation over the phone). I've had a quick look to see if I can find the right ISP - I was given hnt.pl - but this was at the third attempt and I don't think it was right.

So can anyone give me any idea of Polish ISP's so that I can attempt to get the correct email address.

I'd also add nazywa.pl I've used them myself to register a domain and they were OK.

Maybe you meant nazwa.pl - no such page like nazywa.pl
