I have a simple question regarding bookkeeping: if I submit an invoice in March and receive payment in April, in which month should I include the payment in my records? Thanks!

March. You pay tax on the invoice, not on the payment.

How much interest is it legally possible to charge for late payment of invoice in each situation:
private person customer,
business or sp zoo customer,
public body.

13% ? plus whatever pln is the 40 euro recovery fee?
