inFakt all-inclusive service in Poland

Has anyone been tempted by the all-inclusive InFakt service for self employed people? For a paltry 149zl/month they do all your book keeping, send a courier round once a month to collect invoices, file the monthly tax/ZUS/VAT statements for you and give you online access to all your records. It seems like a brilliant service to me, but I'm wondering if I'm missing something. Has anyone got an opinion?

Now if only they did something similar for sp. z o.o. - that would save me a fortune...

That does sound like a good price. I wonder if they have any staff who speak English.

149zl brutto or netto?

My accountant cost me 100zl+VAT - and that's with unlimited access (ie, I can drop in and ask her questions whenever I want). That includes all the paperwork - same as this. Okay, I don't have online access - but I can just drop in and get whatever records I want.

It seems like a brilliant service to me, but I'm wondering if I'm missing something.

The biggest problem for me would be the lack of individuality - you don't know who is preparing the accounts.

Merged: Setting up a self-employed business, advice on accounting services like infakt.pl

Hi everyone,
I'm soon going to move to Poland where I'll be working as a self-employed.
I've found there are some online services which basically offers invoicing software and accounting services and I wonder. Anybody here which recommends them? Actually infakt.pl seems very interesting, but ifirma.pl or wfirma.pl may be good candidates as well.

The only problem I've found with infakt is that their invoice layout customization is limited to national invoices and does not apply to international one. Does anybody know, generally speaking, if it is legal to store invoice data and manually produce a layout which is different from that who would get printed by any invoice software?

Thanks,
Petrhaus.
