hello people..i need some info abt polish law... 1.if an indian guy marry a polish girl then can he get citizenship in poland? 2.or if he dnt get the citizenship, then how long he can live with her polish wife or gf in poland?and wht needs (like if any special vissa or sth else)to live together?
You can look up in the EU law for the non-eu spouse. However if you want to live in Poland with your girlfriend then Polish national law will apply in your case. First you'll have to get married to your Polish girlfriend and prove to the authority that your marriage is genuine. then you'll get a residency permit for 2 years which is renewable. After 3-5 years of successful married life you can apply for Polish citizenship but you will be eligible to get it only if you're married to a Polish citizen for 3-5 years.
I hope this helps. I am new in this forum so other members please correct me if my information is wrong.

Well, I don't care what you are. If you can do your job well, I have no problem with that. There's only one thing I ask, if it's not obvious, please aware men on your situation if you attempt to flirt with them.
