Can anybody tell me what are the conditions for receiving 26 days holiday entitlement instead of the 20 days on a Umowa o prace? I know you have to have at least 10 years work experience but that is a little open. Does this include part-time jobs, training periods etc and as a British citizen does all 10 years have to be in Poland or a combination of working in different EU countries is also taken in to account? Also what if any evidence might i have to provide to my employer to qualify for it?
Many questions but 6 days difference is definitely worth the research.
