Good Afternoon to everybody
I am writing to you because I am going to move to Poland exactly in Krakow and I would like to ask you if you could give me some information concerning

what are my rights as an Italian citizen and which condition I have to follow in order to move over there without problem?
How long can I stay without registration of residence ?
What are the conditions for registration ?

Thanks in advance or your help
Best regards
Luca

hi, i have lived in Cracow for 15 years. i know this city quite well, if u need a guide i can help u. and btw why are u moving to Poland ? Italy is much better !

So if u have the European Union citizenship -u can stay in Poland legally for 3 months , u must prove it by showing ur passport or ID card. Do u speak Polish ? you can read about ur rights in Poland in a web site but it is in polish language., you can also be required to show ur bus tickets with exact date of your arrival and departure you may be asked to explain your stay in Poland why and so on and u need to have health insurance :) u need to have some money to show that u can support yourself here in Poland, so u need money in POLISH CURRENCY coz in Poland we dont have euros.

u can read more here but its in Polish:

Are you moving her for work or no?
I've been living as a foreigner in Krakow for almost 2 year's.
You should register your stay more than 3 month's, but me for example I didn't get the necessary document's declared until after 1 year and 4 month's, and nobody noticed or contacted me regarding this.

So just move to Poland and take it as it come's.
If you move here for work, your employee will be able to help you with this.

The next wave, Lucca make sure you have at least 5,000 Euro to support yourself in KRK there are no social services/benefits to be obtained as a member of the EU
