I'm polish and I went to do abortion in the UK no life threatening situation, is it a crime? can I be guilty in Poland if husband press charges?

No, it is not a crime, as such laws only apply to Polish territory, not people. You are an EU citizen, so have the same rights and protection in the UK as a UK citizen, where there is no stigma for terminating a pregnancy.

In other words, no one believes abortion is murder. In the case of real murder by hit man no one would wan to let the person that hired the hit man off.
