I wanted to know the tax laws in Poland. Can gambling loss be claimed while filing tax? If so can someone please pass me a link? I tried to look for it but did not find anything.

Which one ? Personal income tax ? I very much doubt it.
Besides, many forms of gambling are illegal here, so I'm not sure If it's a good idea to ever mention that to any office.

Be warned that this only applies to legal gambling in Poland. Essentially, you can't claim losses, nor do you pay tax on winnings.
By the way, steer clear of non-licenced games in Poland.
