Fast divorce in Poland?

Hi, situation is like this- a polish couple wants to divorce. they both agree with this action, its just the matter of signing up the documents for them and they would be done. no any kind of property of children ... how fast and easy/difficult is to do in Poland? and what procedures they have to go through? ... there are loads of legal documents online explaining the rules, but we get lost in all of these exceptions ... so just need a fastest route to get this done (living in Ireland atm, but their divorce system forces to be separated for 4 years before couple can apply for a divorce). Thx.

Hello, if you are still looking for a solicitor dealing with family law in Poland you may contact us. Nothing is fast in Poland, especially when it comes to legal matters and bureaucracy :)

Wot???????? even if both parties saying that its a mutual decision and no sueing or neither of us wants to claim damages?

Because my visa expires in February next year, so by the time my divorce case will be pending, I will probably have no chance to find other way to renew my VISA!

Actually, 'APPLEBY', it took us seven months from start to finish, but I've heard it could be normal if a divorce takes up to a year; it depends if children are involved.. Greetings.

Looks like you need to change your alias again, Stu:D
