I want to establish new small company in Poland near Mokotow, Ursynow in Warsaw.

So I want to hire engineers(3-5 years mobile communications sales engineer ) and admin (3~5years).

I have no information about Poland recruitment market. Somebody can help me to get information.

1. How much will approximate salary?

2. How much will the fee Head-hunters or recruitment agency?

3. or do you know good recruitment company ?

Hi,

Are you looking for office/ admin people as well? try advertising on gumtree and gazeta.pl. Simple Ads are free. Sales Engineer's salary ( in Polish they are called " Inżynier Sprzedazy " ) was last spring max 7105 pln Gross ("brutto"). Im open for jobs where I could use my english. Speak English and Polish fluently ( thats in case you are looking for help with running your company in Poland ;))

Ad. 2) Recruitment agencies usually charge one month salary but sometimes they ask % on employee earnings.
