E (electronic) Signatures - how do I get one in Poland?

Until very recently, I'd not really heard of an e-signature. I have Googled it and although there are many hits, none explain to me exactly how to get one here in Polska.

Can anyone point me in the right direction and advise on what sort of fee I can expect to pay to obtain one for use with Polish bureaucratic departments?

Thank you

Where can I buy electronic signature and how much will it cost?

Secure electronic signature can be purchased now in one of the five companies providing services in this area ( qualified certification service providers for electronic signatures ) , listed in the register of the Ministry of Economy.

You can buy it in one of 5 firms (blue links on aforementioned website). What do you need e-signature for?
