Driving a class 2 moped in Poland without a license?

Hello i like to know if moped class 2 the moped you don't need a registration plate and a drivings license if you not turn 15 at july 2007 is permitted in Poland what i heard i need to bring the insurance papers with me that i own the bike and it's insured. but i want to be sure how law is there have plans to drive with my friend to Poland this september but i don't own a license but i'm allowed to drive a class 2 bike without a license. if anyone know especially a pole i will appreciate that.
