It is not a small handfilled slip anymore,rather a full page printer printed document now for last 5 years or so.
I can't actually remember what the last one I got looked like, I was too utterly ****** off with the shambles of the car registration system (specifically why other EU citizens are discriminated against). However the one before that, which would have been five years before, was most certainly a hand-filled passport sized slip of paper.
I never heard of a meldunek being a handwritten piece of paper. Absurd.
It was on a printed form but with the spaces filled by hand.
