I thing best to use regular China/HK post - they also provide the tracking number. If you choose DHL or Fedex, the delivery will be much faster, but with 99% chance of Poland's TAX (23% for electronics)
I forgot to specify, that the tax is imposed basing on the invoice. If the amount on it is suspiciously low, the custom may investigate the item by opening the box and probably the value will be changed.
