No, come on. It is a disgrace to the notion of Polish capital city. I was thinking about Poznań:
The city's full official name is Stołeczne Miasto Poznań ("The Capital City of Poznań"), in reference to its role as a centre of political power in the early Polish state.

What oath? I don't think any oath is required during the naturalisation process. Maybe in the past, but not now.
From declarations which you need to submit is declaration whether you or your parents / grandparents ever renounced Polish citizenship and declaration about citizenships you hold (or held).
