Another interesting question for me:
I am a German citizen, also have a temporary Georgian residence - do I need a Polish residence to get employed/ be freelancer / an entrepreneur?

This is not an interesting question but a stupid one; if you are a German citizen, you can move freely within EU and live/work where you want without any permit

Sorry that it's up to me and not to you if a question interests me. It probably affects ZUS and health insurance, and if it does, it's highly interesting to me indeed!

So rude! but ok, If I am a German citizen and Georgian resident, I can apparently do business activity in Poland and be self-employed. Can I with this status avoid ZUS and health insurance altogether and have my private insurances?

Nobody can avoid ZUS. It is like Death.

No. A person registered as self employed in Poland has to make mandatory ZUS contributions. There's no escaping this.

Merged: Do I need a temporary residence permit in Poland as a EU-citizen?

Hi everyone,
I am a German self-employed language teacher in Warsaw and have registered a business. Do I need a temporary residence permit?
One reason I ask is that I went to Play to get LTE-Internet and they just won't give me a contract with passport and rental contract. They insist on some other document, residence permit etc. Hence my question: do I legally need it?

Thanks

@Claudia77; did you try to make the agreement in the name of your registered business instead of your name? FYI: that is my least preferred network in Poland.
