Now she went to court and demanded 1700 pln a month. I am not recognized as the father officially.

could somebody advise what the average alimony is in Poland, and how to protest against it.

She want's me to pay for her rent, electricity,...

Please advise

it's not 'alimony' it's child maintenance.
If you don't want to pay for YOUR CHILD or recognize it as yours, you shoulda kept your pants buttoned.

You were talking about a 50k PLN car, so you can perfectly well afford to pay 1700PLN a month for your child.

You're not going to get any sympathy on here - the child guarantees you EU residence in Poland, and some would say that 1700PLN a month is cheap for that.

Now, man up and pay, or get a DNA test done.

The OP needs to get a DNA test done regardless. As for 1,700zl, that is unusually high, but Polish courts don't exactly have the best of reputations when it comes to assessing how much a foreigner should pay.

To be fair, we have no idea as to his financial situation. If he's talking about buying a 50K PLN car in cash, then 1700zl a month doesn't seem unreasonable.

This guy is disgusting. Tell me, even if you are not recognized officially as the father....what kind of moralities do you have?
You flaunt your expat status on this forum all the time, showing how much money you can spend. In your case I would say 1700 PLN is way too low.

Another african absconding from his fatherly duties. What a shock!

who are you trying to kid son? Are you saying that you didn't notice that you 2,5 years old child is kind of black like you?

yes, you can pay the money and stfu

Polish courts don't exactly have the best of reputations when it comes to assessing how much a foreigner should pay.

It's probably the best thing you can say about Poland.

1700 pln a month

Am I correct in assuming that this is only circa 5 grand euro per annum?

Around thirteen euro a day.

And you begrudge paying this.

Poor kid.

Pretty much. Not much, is it, especially when nurseries can easily be in the region of 800-1000 a month for a good one in a big city.

'The good news is that we are living together now and next year we are planning to get MARRIED, so everybody is welcome to join us'

That was written only a few days ago????? What happened ?
As in all of these cases, get a solicitor and a DNA test. If this child is yours, you should pay as much as you can, the child is entitled to a decent standard of living, whatever your issues with the mother!!

the child guarantees you EU residence in Poland

I already had European citizenship since I was 6, it is not about the money I can afford that but the problem is she wants to have all parental rights, so basically I am a milking cow

this is not about the money, she wants to have 1700 pln, because she claimed not to be able to work, I already suggested to pay for child care, which is around 1200 pln she refuses because she can not trust them, so what i think she just wants me to take care of her, because a child of 2.5 is not spending 1700 pln a month

but anyway, as always this thread will lead to racist comments and about africans,.. which is a pity as I only requested some advise

the marriage is not whit the mother of my child and is still continuing.

regarding the car, this has nothing to do with the child but about transportation, which i need because I will live in a small village near krakow

because a child of 2.5 is not spending 1700 pln a month

Really?

Let's see - a good nursery (you only want the best for your child, right?) will cost at least 600-800zl a month in a major city in Poland.

Accommodation - you're looking at around 500zl for a room as a bare minimum in a major Polish city.
Food - another 200zl minimum.

So we're up to 1300-1500zl a month before we even start talking about buying things such as toys and clothes.

I couldn't care less if you're black, white, yellow, whatever - but 1700zl isn't unrealistic if you can buy a car for 50k PLN.

why do the regular racists need to make comments about the colour of his skin. stop being such dicks.

and of course there are no white Poles that have ever neglected to pay their fair share of child support. Or is that ok because they are Polish.

I know one who hasn't paid even a grosze for more than two years. He's got the cash, lives in a nice house filled with quality antiques which is on lots of land in the country, drives a car worth several times more than the one the OP was talking about buying, he just refuses to pay anything. If a person pulled that sh!t in the US, I imagine he'd have been locked up months ago.

If the woman is working give her about 1400 PLN , this should cover her rent and childcare, save the other 300 in an account for extra things the child may need. This would be fair because the woman herself should be prepared to spend money on the child too. It does take two to make a child.

If the the woman refuses to work, pay the rent, utilities , food and have a clothing allowance for the child this should be around 1300PLN again save the rest of the money for extras!

Get the DNA test done, make sure you have access visits and take responsibility for contraception next time!

right pip! I know one who drives a jag, has a giant TV and all other hi tech stuff, is a qualified electrician, yet claims unemployment benefits in order not to pay for his children.

Imagine the slating he would get here if he were black! But no he is a good old blue eyed Polish boy .

It is his moralities which should be judged here. As far as I am concerned he has the moralities of a sewer rat.
You have a child with somebody, you support it. That is not really nuclear science.
By the way, I read before you posed as a Belgian. You are definitely not a Belgian. You are from Rwanda.

You are wrong! He IS A BELGIAN.A Belgian from Rwanda.Simple.It seems to be a pattern lately, like all these black and brown Norwegians and/or Irish. When I am thinking Irish,I picture a ginger/redhead person not someone black as tar but I guess I am old school.

Nope. He pretends to be Belgian, but he is African. A passport does not make you part of that nation. For example, if I would get a Polish passport, would this make me a Pole? No way. I would always remain Belgian.

Rwandan moralities are not similar to ours, I think.

I haven't noticed any racial comments either

I lived in Belgium since I was 6 years old, so all values I have I learned them in Belgium, and I think I had good teachers,...

Did Belgian teachers teach you not to pay enough child support?

You have no idea what it means to work hard. The bling-bling car, yes. Making the local girl pregnant, why not. But afterwards?

ik ben Tutsi

Hmm I guess you forgot what Leopold did in Africa, bought the Sovereignty of Belgium with the rubber he STOLE, probably one of your family members, rotten, inbreed swines.

I am pretty sure that's the reason you left Belgium, because a dick as yourself can't get any *****,...

Guys like you like to pose on the internet make them feel good, but on the street you probably get kicked. Pathetic

Well, if he's the father of that child, he obviously has to pay for it but 1700 PLN sounds like a lot to me. When I was in Poland, according to my Polish friends, most of them, didn't even make that much in a month.
