Do I need cancel Schengen Visa before applying Poland national Visa - Work Permit

Hi Team,

Need clarity on below mentioned points:

Schengen Visa : Do i need cancel Schengen Visa before applying Poland national Visa

Document Apostille from ministry of affairs India : Do i need to apostile only my marriage certificate or higher degree and birth certificate as well.

Visa fill in form to fill Visa Application form : I have fill my Visa application form along with all my official details (Work permit. Poland office contact details etc). Just wanted to check where i need to fill Visa application form for my dependent (spouse) same place or there is separate category for dependent. If i am using same place Visa fill in form then what details needs to be entered for employer & employers address and name of the inviting company as i am the only one who has work permit & she is going with me as a dependent. Please suggest.

I dont think that you need to cancel it. Just apply for a new national visa
