Business Registration - Poland or United Kingdom

Can anyone with experience in starting & registering a Small business in both Poland and UK,
recommend What location will be cost effective in starting & registering the business?
also can you list out what are the annual cost - with just 1 employee and annual taxs

If you're going to be living in Poland, you really should register the business here, otherwise you risk being nailed to the wall by the tax office.

And of course ZUS, who will calculate things on the most favourable terms for them - i.e. full contributions from the minute you registered in the UK, plus interest.

Can you elaborate in details what you mean by nailed to the wall,
what will be needed to confirmed, that the sole trader isnt living in Poland

I guess its more favorable to register a small business in Poland
if you are living in Poland

You don't need to living in Poland in order to be liable for taxes here.
