Hello, Dao. Welcome to PolishForums.

You can find information on the legalization of the stay, settlement permits etc.
on the Office for Foreigners in Poland webpage:

I hope your family will be able to join you in Szczecin soon and I wish you
all the best in your studies.

Chúc may mắn!

The main problem is some things for my son, ex: can he go to kinder garden??? how do legal procedure ???

According to the regulation of Polish Ministry of Education on status of public kindergartens
and schools (Dz.U. z 2001 Nr 61 poz. 624) and the ministerial ordinance on the conditions
of accepting pupils in public schools and transferring them between different types of
schools (Dz.U. z 2004r Nr 26 poz. 232), children of foreigners are accepted in kindergartens
and schools on the very same conditions and with the accordance to the very same
procedures as Polish children.

Rekrutacja dzieci do przedszkola odbywa się w oparciu o zasadę powszechnej dostępności
(...) - dzieci obcokrajowców na podobnych zasadach jak wszystkie inne

(...)
obcokrajowcy do ukończenia 18. roku życia korzystają z nauki na warunkach dotyczących obywateli polskich. Ponadto obywatele polscy uzyskali prawo do dodatkowej bezpłatnej nauki języka polskiego, a także prawo do dodatkowych, bezpłatnych zajęć wyrównawczych. Prawo do tych zajęć uzyskali również cudzoziemcy.
(...)
Zasady przyjmowania osób niebędących obywatelami polskimi do polskich przedszkoli, szkół, placówek i zakładów kształcenia nauczycieli uległy znacznemu uproszczeniu, m. in. poprzez rezygnację z obowiązku legalizacji i nostryfikacji świadectw. Przyjmowanie do szkół artystycznych, przedszkoli i klas pierwszych szkoły podstawowej są identyczne z zasadami obowiązującymi obywateli polskich

How much cost???

In public kindergartens and schools, education is free. It is very important that you
remember that, in case of some public kindergarten demanding money from you.
It happens sometimes, but it is illegal.

The only thing that public kindergartens can charge you for are foreign languages
classes for children, but those classes are not compulsory. Of course, if you want
to send your son to a private kindergarten you will have to pay according to that
particular kindergarten's conditions.

I hope it helps. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.

I believe it is. The educational regulations don't mention visas at all, but I guess
it would be a good idea to call the Vietnamese Association in Poland and ask them
just to make sure. I'm quite sure they had people in your situation before and know
how to deal with all the paperwork required. Their phone number is 22 841 34 51
(if you're outside Poland, you have add Polish country code 0048 in front of the number.)

:) I sent you a PM - see if you can reply to it. If not, just make a couple of more posts ;)

You are so nice, Torq. For preparing for my studying and living in Poland (of course with my son) the accommodation and health insurance are also importance. My school in Szczecin is private so they only support me not my son (I must do for myself).

As your point of view which insurance company (private or public) is suitable for my case and where could I get the more information (such as good insurance company website in Poland, website offer the house rental service which I could access online from Vietnam to find and book the right place for me) ?

Thank so much,
Torq

Yes, people on this forum keep telling me that :) Besides, I have a soft spot for Asian
women... old story. Anyways - did you manage to call the Vietnamese Association in Poland?
They should be able to give you more accurate and detailed information than I can.
