How to apply for Poland and Ukraine visa?

Dear All,
I am an Indian - Holding a valid Indian Passport and a resident of the United Arab Emirates (Dubai). I wish to travel from Dubai to Kiev & then to Poland for a vacation of 10 days & return back from Kiev. How will I apply for both Ukraine & Poland Visas. Appreciate if you can mail me the instructions.

Hello

Did any Indian citizens living in Poland visit Ukraine for tourism purpose in 2017?

Based on this article they can get Visa on Arrival if flying into Ukraine, but am not sure about Land entry

Is applying for visa in consulate prior to travel is the only option?

Not sure about Ukraine but if you are going to Poland for 10 days, I'd suggest you to apply for Schengen Visa.

probably too late reply but citizens of India no need visa for Ukraine, can get it up to 15 days on arrival in Kiev or Odessa internatinal airports but you neeed a business invitation or something like that,
