I still haven't got the Personal Income Tax (PIT) return?? Who do I contact?

Hi,

I have been working here for a year now. I can't speak Polish (I'm learning - but A2 level won't help me in this situation..)

I have filled the PIT 37 form online. A while later I've got a letter from ZUS mentioning that I should get an insurance company to do the 'Emerytury'. So I contacted Allianz, filled the form and all that. The Allianz would contact ZUS and it should be done. I could just only wait.

The question is I've been waiting for a month now and I haven't heard anything from ZUS or Allianz.. My co-workers have got their taxes return. HR couldn't help me (oh..long story :-/) So I feel a bit nervous. My husband (he's polish but grew up in uk) has sent email and letter to ZUS but hasn't got any reply.

In this case, Who should I contact? and Where should I go?

Cheers,
Rachel

When? I do not understand. Aren't you going to work in 2013 any longer?
You fill PIT 37 form when 2013 ends.

Usually from tenth January to deadline 30 April 2014.

Yes. You can ask them (better in person) what is going on. They rarely make mistakes but nobody is perfect.

Sometimes they take your excess in advance on commitments but I think they inform you.
I'm not sure what happens when eg you made a mistake in the bank account number.
