He should have paid money through the official channels, it's not a great deal of money for someone who is probably working in the UK,

He needs to go back to Poland and take care of business in the Polish courts, all will be well if he faces up to his responsibilities, if not polish jail can be tough.

so what he should do?

He should go to Poland and immediately at the border explain that he has a warrant against him and he has come to face justice, I do not think the courts will treat him badly considering he has returned voluntarily, they will make an order as to what payments he needs to make , and as long as he sticks to it all will be fine.

But please take professional advice if you feel the need,

going to arrest him for sure

Yes they will, and he will have to await a court hearing that's the way it is but he will be treated well and the fact that he gave himself up will help him in court.

He should report immediately in person to the police station in Poland and turn himself in. Until then, he is a fugitive from the law, and he can't get it sorted out until he turns himself in. After he does that, his attorney can help him get things sorted out. But it was stupid of him to not pay through the CSA, It will be more difficult for him to prove that he made direct payments. It could take some time.

Please??

He needs to put the child and its future first a few months sorting things out is no big deal, he could probably arrange for a visit to see his kid, and to be honest that would be my only priority.

Can we sorted out all this from England?

Probably not. He is a fugitive from the law at the moment.

the fact that he gave himself up will help him in court.

Yes. This will be taken as a sign of good faith and the authorities will be all to happy to help him get things sorted out very quickly. If they arrest him first, things will only be harder for him, so he should go back to Poland immediately and turn himself in before they find and extradite him.

You could probably pre-notify the court that he is returning to face the court, but beyond that nothing, he has to return and plead his case there is no way around it.

The people he has to sort it out with are all in Poland, and he has to appear in person, in Poland.

If they issue an international arrest warrant, that becomes part of his UK criminal record and can affect his chances of getting a good job or renting an apartment or getting a credit card, etc, in the UK. His main priority should be to turn himself in before they issue and execute an international arrest warrant.

That was going to be my next post the last thing he wants is an international arrest warrant , his chance of getting visas to the US etc will be nill.

Please do not turn a drama into a crisis, he needs to go back now maybe even try and set a court date while still in England so he does not spend too much time awaiting trial, do something now before the police batter down his door at 4am in the morning.

time awaiting trial,

This is another point. If they arrest and deport him, he will be detained in custody for the whole time until the trial. If he turns himself in, he will have provided good evidence that he is not a flight risk.

I am sure your boyfriend knows all this already. Just make sure he acts soon, or, as Dolnoslask said, he will be turning a minor drama into a major crisis that will have consequences for him the rest of his life.
