Can my partner get dual Polish Citizenship via marriage?

My partner and I are Australian but I am getting my dual Citizenship with Poland. We have been married for nearly 16 years but I am unsure if he is eligible to get his dual citizenship also. If so, what is the procedure for this and can it happen during my confirmation of citizenship?

My father and his family were born in Poland and I am getting my citizenship through that.
My partner and I currently live and reside in Australia.
