Opening design architecture studio warsaw (license, legal matters)

Hello everyone. My name is Matt. This october Ill
moove to Warsaw. I have a master degree in architecture
design and 3 years of experience in a well know studio
first in Tokyo than in London. I wad considering to starting
my own architecture business in Warsaw. Poland is a very good
place for this job now. Building industry is not feeling the
crysis as in other Countries. I have two problem: the
first one is that I really dont know who I have to ask to
for having licencea and similar staff. The second one is that I
dont speak polish at all. I just started to learn it. Can someone

In fairness, a large amount of Italian architects graduated from there.
