Hi

I am living now already for 2 months in Lublin and I was not able to find
an internet cafe (net cafe) in Lublin,

Internet cannot be accessed from anywhere, if I don't own a laptop?

Please help, maybe someone knows where there is at least 1 internet cafe in Lublin

Thank you very much
Paula

Surely in one of the richest countries in the world, and in a city of 350000 people, there should be internet cafes.

Milky, the answer must be that all the Poles in Lublin have their own personal computers, just like you. Now how did the poor Poles manage to buy them and pay for internet connection on minimum wage?. Interesting, yes?

Either buy a laptop (and there's really no excuse nowadays - they're very cheap) or go to any one of these places:
Internet Cafe

Grodzka 21
Abulafia Z. Gomoła

Narutowicza 19
Astoria - Multico - Kawiarenka internetowa

al. Racławickie 2a
Świetlicka Agnieszka - Kawiarenka internetowa

Pogodna 34
Kawiarnia Internetowa s.c.

Świętochowskiego 45
Robert Mulawka XY

Nałkowskich 113
Net-Box - Kawiarenka internetowa

Krakowskie Przedmieście 52/3
Net-Cafe - Kafejka internetowa

Wileńska 21
Exel - Kawiarenka internetowa

Weteranów 28
Planeta - Długoszek D.

Narutowicza 22

Yeah,I was going to say that since people have internet at home majority of internet cafes went out of bussines.Still,I am sure there are some (I don't feel like googling it) but even if there aren't any I would check libraries.

Or a smartphone for 1 PLN and a 2-year contract with unlimited data transfer, for PLN 45 a month. Internet cafes were a big business some 10 years ago. Most of them have disappeared since, but a few are still there.

hire purchase

Interest-free credit these days.

And there are thousands stood around "hotspots" in the winter with temps of -15C. You get more ridiculous with every post.

Here in Warsaw if someone doesn't have wifi at home or work, they just go to MaccyD's or Starbucks. But most people can afford a connection at home. The cheapest is only about 30zl per month, or cheaper if they tether to a smartphone.

And 30zl which is often saved by the removal of any need to purchase music or rent DVDs.

A lot of these are old listing and are dead now e.g. Narutowicza 19 Astoria - Multico - Kawiarenka internetowa is now HADES nightclub. If you go into student town there is still a free WiFi hotspot I believe, but most Internet cafes are closing down as there just isn't a call for them as there was say five years ago.

Does the library limit time for Internet users, such as one hour or so?

There's an internet cafe right behind the main post office on the Plac Litweski. I've never been inside, but I know it exists.

Between McDonalds and the Post office in the centre. There is a passage at the back there is an internet place it is next to the book shop.
