After divorce my Polish wife can use my sir name?

czesc and hello to friends. my wife is from poland and she wanted divorce. I want after divorce she do not use my sir name. so please tell me is it possible that after divorce she change her name as her old name and remove my sir name?? what I have to do for this? regards

nope, sorry, it's her name now and she can use it for the rest of her life..:) Goodness why she would want to, but there u go.

No problem. She can keep your surname and you can change yours to something different.

The question is whether she wants to keep your name.

There is no law in any land in this Universe that will force your wife to use any other name after your divorce. She may PREFER to use other names, but if she chooses she can use your surname till the day she dies.

You should not have married her if you didn't want her to use your name.

You can ask her. She doesn't have to agree.
