question about Jezu kochany

my mother asked my polish grandmother for a polish saying so she could swear when we were little without us knowing. It sounded something like yazu kohaney. come to find out it meant have a good day or something. Lol

Any idea what it was? Thanks

Busia and Dziadzia ;-)

Busia (there are various threads here arguing about the word) is an old Polish word that isn't much used nowadays in Poland but is still used by the Polish diaspora in the US. In Poland nowadays they say Babcia. (bab-chee-a)
