Proposal words in Polish, HELP! :)

Hi,

As I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend, I've come up with a plan of how I will do it.
I need to know how to say the following:

There are so many things I want to say but words are not enough, so I will start with this;
I know we have not been together long but I feel like I have known you all my life. I've learnt so much about you, but most importantly, I've learnt that there is no one else I would rather spend the rest of my life with then you. Not only are you my girlfriend, but also my best friend and my soulmate. I never thought that I would ever be happy again, until the day I met you. My whole life has changed for the good and it's you who has made this possible. I love you and always will. So, as I am running out of things to say, there's only one thing left that I can say and that's; Will you do me the honour of letting me care, protect and love you by becoming my wife?

I need this (or as close as) translated into Polish as soon as possible because I plan on learning it all to say to my girlfriend :)

Pawian, thank you for your fast answer, I have someone who will teach me this (polish woman at work). But she is on holiday until Thursday so I'm getting it translated now. I've learnt polish at college but not enough to translate this. That's why I asked for it all to be translated :) thanks again :)

In the following sentence, shall I translate then as then or rather than?

I think "i bratnią duszą" would be enough.

A że zaczyna mi już brakować słów, pozostaje mi tylko jedna rzecz do powiedzenia i jest to: "Czy uczynisz mi ten zaszczyt i pozwolisz mi dbać o Ciebie, chronić Cię i kochać zostając moją żoną?"

Ignoring the intonation, of course.

I don't think "Nigdy nie sądziłem" would be correct in Polish, as "nigdy" would imply that he never thought that he will be happy in his life. He wrote "I would ever be happy again". So he used to be happy in his life.

I am planning on proposing to my polish girlfriend at christmas time.
To make it more special, i want to learn how to propose in polish.
I dont want just "will you marry me".
I want something along the lines of;

I love you, i always have and always will.
Since the very first day i met you, my life has been perfect.
I want my life to be perfect for as long as i live.
The only way it can be is if you are with me forever.
So, (name) will you marry me?

If you can write it phonetically as well that would be awesome!! :)

Please help me as im nervous enough as it is :)
