Pronouns in negative sentences?

Hi there,
I was wondering about the use of pronouns in negative sentences. Are they changed to the genitive like nouns, such as (just a random sentence... I know it's a bit odd!):

Mam żabę. - Mam ją.
Nie mam żaby. - Nie mam jej.

Sorry if my Polish isn't that good, I'm a beginner! Many thanks.

Sorry if my Polish isn't that good,

Your Polish is perfect!

I know it's a bit odd!):

Yes, it is so odd. Polska language is full of zasadzkas. As a native Pole, I can`t help you, as I don`t know the rules so well. Sorry.

But I really like your sentences:

Mam żabę. - Mam ją.
