Pechowy? - Can someone translate this?

I'd like to know if someone can help me out by translating the cursive part of this picture.
I've tried uploading to image translators but they can't recognize the cursive.

it says węzły pachowy (translated above)

it doesnt sound correct to me.
its either "wezel pachowy" or "wezly pachowe"...of course with them polish thingies(cant be bothered to change to polish keyboard)

I agree it should be the second (the final letter, should be e, looks like the writer's first y though) or does it look like e to you?

i just seen that doctor writing..
it looks like he wrote wezly pachowy ,but thats grammatically incorrect,unless its some medical term that is correct in this form
wezel pachowy seems ok now ,that i though about it
