Hello, Can someone help me out with a question on an address:

say "BUKOWINSKA 30/40, Warsaw" , when an address is written like that does that mean there are 2 apartments, apartment 30 and apartment 40? or apartments 30 to 40? or is that apartment 40 in street 30?

Thank you.

The address will be

Warszawa
Poland

30/40 translates to building number 40, local 30

It is either going to be flat number 40 in building number 30 on Bukowinska or a block from number 30 to number 40 on Bukowinska, could be either but is more probably the former.

I dont think so. Can't imagine 10 numbers reserved for one parcel. And even it was so it'd be probably 30-40 (which usually means from 30 to 40).

30/40 means building (or parcell) 30/ flat (or internal building) 30.
