Food / POLISH RECIPES! [287]

Hi, I have a friend who moved here from Poland and his mom makes these crepes filled with mushrooms (always at Christmas). I have been trying to get the recipe for years and he doesn't bother to get it for me. His mom says "she just makes it." Which I guess means it is in her head and she doesn't want to write it down. Another Polish friend told me the food I am interetsed in may be called Krokeity (he is a roomate of the guy whose mom makes it). So I have looked up recipes online and I found one but it has sauerkraut in it. The recipe I want, is just the crepes with mushrooms inside and fried on the stove.
