Life / How hard is it to get Bank Loan in Poland for a foreigner? [4]

I'm from Denmark and move in here in Poland for six month.I have my PESEL number but no ID yet .I'm a pensioner and get 7200 zloty every month.I'm trying to put my life back here in Poland.Can I get any loan ?HOW and WHAT ?thanks for answers,
