Moving to Poland after college to work as a dentist?

So my boyfriend and i ( both not polish citizens ) want to move to poland after college he wants to work there as a dentist but he does not speak polish can he still get a job there even if he cant speak the language the only language he can speak is english ... or should i teach him some polish because i know some ??
