I'm not sure buddy. But as per website, slots are opening on Monday only. If someone cancel his/her appointment and you checked at that time then you will get an appointment.

Law / If I have a work permit, what are the chances that my visa application will get rejected? [25]
I think work permit is valid for 3 months. So I guess you still have entire November month to get visa and fly. So it's good here according to me.

Did you try on Tuesday as well? sometimes they have open slots on Friday also.
Also, i guess you have to open multiple tabs at the same time to get an appointment.
by the way which city u r moving? and how much time took for you to get your work permit?
