Law / Closing a business in Poland and keeping phone contract. [2]

Business must be associated with a person so if you are/were included as business owner/partner associated with the business name, you should be able to renew as your name. You may need a business registration document to prove that, but I doubt they would check if business still exists as long as everything else looks good :)
