Study / Polish graduate to stay in country & find a job? [14]

Hello everyone,
I am graduating from my master's studies in the next September but my current residence permit ends in July. I want to extend my residence permit but I don't know with which status I should apply again. Should I apply as a student again for two months or should I apply as a graduate already? (I will be able to have my diploma in September, of course)
