Travel / Traveling to Poland with prescription drugs [4]

I am traveling to schengen area arriving in Latvia and then taking a flight to Poland. I have some meds on me which have been prescribed by a doctor in Dubai. These are serious medications and I use them for insulin control and some other medical issues I am dealing with. Am I likely to be asked for an actual doctor's note or prescription while traveling in europe if I carry these medications?

Work / Moving to Poland! Master degree and 12 years experience developing software [2]

I have a masters degree in computer science and 12 years experience developing software. I am moving to warsaw and will be looking for jobs in my field. I have around 5000 euros with me and want to be able to settle with this much money. What can I do to survive with this much money, save on rent, and be close to the city center so I can go for interviews etc? I also want to buy a cheap used car. Any advice is appreciated.
