Work / Need help to open company & work permit (I am from Pakistan) [2]

Hi,

I lived in Pakistan and doing trading business in family based company since more than 30 years. I am willing to open company in Poland and settle there. Is there anyone who can help me for registering company in Poland, bank account, tax issues, Work permit for Poland etc.

Please advise all details like fee details, processing time period, required documents and also inform if I have to visit Poland for that purpose on visit visa?
