Travel / What is the most convenience way from Warsaw airport to the center of Kielce? [9]

I am going travel to Kielce, Poland? I have no idea about Poland. Any friend please kindly share the best way of transportation from Warsaw airport to the center of Keilce? I will fly to Warsaw airport, and check in a Kielce hotel.
