Real Estate / Cost of a flat refurbishment per sqm in Poland [18]

The place is in Warsaw and the condition is unliveable as of now. No flooring no walls, just empty space. Not sure how the electrical or hydro situation is though. Do you think the best is to go with a firm or contract individual professionals. Im assuming the price would be higher if I go with a firm. Although I do agree that a written contract is a good way to go.

@pip Do you know the cost per sq m of a complete renovation of a pre war apartment building?

Do you guys know the best place or way to get good information on the costs and what I should expect when dealing with the labourers?
