please advice what should be the best salary for any one having experience and skill set like me

I wanted to ask what should i ask for Poland.80 to 129 K USD a year is impossible in Poland.

I suggest that you concentrate on finding a job in a western European or English speaking country,

Dominic can you please advice in which country where employer is ready to provide work permit and good salary as well.

Negotiate with actual managers and administrators, not with HR departments, as much as you can.
