In the ads what does media cover? Is it TV+Internet or all the facilities.

Law / New Car Prices For Foreigners (tax free?) in Poland [6]

I just found out that as a non-eu citizen the car prices tax is excluded for me, which means when buying a new car for 100k pln %18 is cut and that means the final price is 82k pln.

Hello all, I couldnt find any information about car prices' vat cut in this forum or on the internet.
Is there anything like this that you know?
