Travel / Visa to Poland for a person from India [52]

Hi everyone,
I am from Punjab, India. I am in a love affair(ldr) with a Polish lady from 3 years and we get connected with each other totally and can't get apart now. She can come to India and can marry me but 30 days stay notice and after marriage maybe 1,2 years more will pass in documentation. And Indians can't get tourist visa easily 😓 because I am single,no travel history. My question is what will be the right method to get marry and live together?
