Polonius thank you very much for the recipes but when will you Americans learn to use the metric system - or even a weighing scales. I don't mind recipes with Imperial measures but the cups business is a bit much. Also American measuring cups are different in quantity to measuring cups available in the British Isles though we don't generally use them as we have mastered the scales. However I'll go online and look for a converter and hope for the best. Thanks once again and please can we have more festive contributions. Let's start getting into the Christmas spirit!
