Life / Wondering about Polish digital agency to create website for solicitors [3]

I got contact to one of the Polish digital agencies and I need some kind of opinion from someone else. Agency is called 'Vilaro' and i'v never heard of it before, but they looks pretty professional and the price is really good in compare to another agencies (£1900, when the other wants £3000+ for the similar project). Their website adress is: vilaro.pl. Looking for some kind of opinions. Should I take a try? Thanks a lot.
