Law / Poland's National Visa (student) - how easy is it to get rejected? [12]

Haha thanks. Usually I don't make those mistakes. My apologies.

My school won't offer independent language courses. They told me it's a waste to only have 1-4 kids in a class trying to learn a language. Basically, a total mess.

They're not really pressuring me into anything. It's hard to explain but my college tends to have more of a "we don't give a sh*t" attitude.

Ya it's rediculous. Our Polish teacher is top notch and is willing to do what you just said. However, the school mandates atleast 6 kids per class with no acceptions and no independant studies( they need their money). This would be my second time going to Poland for a language course.

Law / Poland's National Visa (student) - how easy is it to get rejected? [12]

I'm failing to see what is hard to comprehend. The school does not require I go over to Europe to do anything. However, I chose a minor in a language that my school only offers 4 semesters in. I need 6 more to graduate. Since I need 18 credits in Polish and the school offers 12 I need to go to Polish classes in Poland since that is simply the most convenient and worthwhile thing to do.

Law / Poland's National Visa (student) - how easy is it to get rejected? [12]

I don't need the actual Visa to graduate haha. I'm sorry I should've been more specific. I'm a history major specifying in Eastern Europe. My minor is the Polish language. Unfortunately I need 18 credits of polish but my school only offers 12. I took the class at Jagiellonian last year and 3 semesters at my school but I still need 3 credits. I can only get the remaining credits by going to school in Poland. My advisors and school will not make any acceptions regarding credit. So I need the visa because I need the classes in Poland. I also need eastern european electives I can only really find in Poland.

Sucks but I chose that major

Law / Poland's National Visa (student) - how easy is it to get rejected? [12]

To give you a little background, I'm from the US and I just applied recently for a National Visa to study in Poland in Warsaw. I handed in all the correct documents and now I'm waiting. From your experiences, how easy is it to get rejected? I hear stories about rejection but almost all come from kids from countries in Africa and the Middle East. I'm not trying to imply anything but obviously there's a little more concern about that area.

Basically I just want to ask, if anyone has gone through this process and if they got their visa. I'm just asking because I'm paranoid haha. I need this visa to graduate from school in America so you guys can see where the apprehension comes in.

It should also be noted that I was a student at Jagiellonian last summer for one month and the consulate knows that, if that matters. Anyway all input good news or bad is welcome.

Thank you
